EACH OF OUR THERAPIST HAS MET THE REQUIRED HOURS FOR EDUCATION AND IS A LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST WITH THE ARIZONA STATE BOARD OF MASSAGE THERAPY. ADDITIONALLY EACH ONE HAS UNDERGONE EXTENSIVE EXTRA TRAINING WITH OWNER, KRISTINA WULBERN AS WELL AS CONTINUING EDUCATION.  
​ALL OF OUR THERAPISTS ALSO MAINTAIN MEMBERSHIP WITH ASSOCIATED MASSAGE AND BODYWORK PROFESSIONALS, THE PREMIER PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION FOR MASSAGE THERAPISTS. OUR THERAPISTS DO THEIR BEST TO LISTEN AND FOLLOW THROUGH AND AREN'T AFRAID TO DIG IN WHEN NEEDED.  OF COURSE EACH OF OUR THERAPISTS HAS A UNIQUE APPROACH BUT WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE NO MATTER WHICH THERAPIST YOU CHOOSE.

It has been my absolute pleasure to provide the community of Flagstaff with massage therapy for the last 32 years. ​I have learned through out my years of practice that each person on my table is unique with unique needs and I strive to meet those to the best of my ability and to help each person achieve a greater sense of themselves as whole, healthy human beings.

And now I am so pleased to be able to provide expanded services and offerings with a team of talented therapists in our new Wellness Clinic. A Wellness Clinic such as this has been my dream for years and it is such a joy to see it become a reality. I am passionate about offering many options for our community to achieve optimal health and well being and the new services we offer I feel align with that passion completely.

Jessi Wiley

I’ve been a massage therapist for six years, and my passion for the field stems from my desire to help others. Massage therapy offers me a unique way to support people in overcoming pain and improving their well-being. I’m particularly focused on relieving chronic pain, such as frozen shoulders, sciatica, and other common issues. What I love most about massage is its holistic approach to healing, offering both physical and mental benefits to clients.

I approach massage with a medical mindset, grounded in my nursing studies, blended with holistic techniques. In a session with me, you can expect a deep tissue massage tailored to your needs, with elements of sports massage, trigger point therapy, joint mobility, and myofascial release. I use a slow, deliberate approach to allow your muscles to relax deeply and effectively.

​When I'm not massaging, you can find me practicing hot yoga, Pilates, or hiking, and of course, focusing on my nursing studies. I enjoy continuing to learn and grow, both in my career and in life.

Massage therapy is a way for me to offer clients a moment of peace in a world that can feel overwhelming. I believe that everyone deserves to feel cared for, and massage can provide that care in the form of relief, relaxation, and reset for the body and mind. 

Every session with me is tailored to the client’s needs, whether they’re looking for gentle relaxation, targeted pain relief, or something in between. My goal is for every client to leave feeling lighter, looser, and more at ease—both physically and mentally. You can also expect a bubbly personality and a big smile!

When I’m not at Northern Arizona massage and wellness, I’m usually doing something arts and craftsy or outside enjoying nature! I love reading, spicy food and rewatching Lord of the rings. I'm always interested in hearing book or movie recommendations!

I am passionate about enhancing people's quality of life through massage therapy. I love that I can help people reduce their pain, whether it's from an athletic injury, or any other physical condition. I especially enjoy working with athletes, using techniques such as cupping and lymphatic drainage to reduce muscle tension and swelling, assisting in their recovery and performance.

Clients can expect a dedicated professional who approaches every session with an open mind and strong work ethic. I focus on addressing troubled areas with care and precision, always focusing my approach to each client's individual needs. I make sure my clients are comfortable. 

I was born and raised here in Flagstaff. In my free time I like hiking, camping, and exploring. I enjoy listening to my brother's band perform in Flagstaff. I love spending time with my family.

I was Born and raised in Flagstaff, AZ, and have returned to my home town to live and work. Since graduating from the Asheville school of massage and yoga in 2016, I have worked in different environments from a small local business up to a world class five diamond luxury spa and resort.  I am passionate and dedicated to my work and profession as a massage therapist. Simply, I love what I do for a living. I've traveled to Thailand twice to study Thai massage and studied with world renowned teachers. I have over 180 hours of training in Thai massage. 

Whether you want focused work to help relieve pain or prefer relaxation or something in between, you can trust your session will be spent achieving your individual goals. I Bring 10 years of experience as well as my knowledge traditional Thai massage and the philosophy of “meta”- loving-kindness and compassion to all of my work. 

When I am not working I enjoy bike riding. I bike toured in Europe and bike packed on the eastern
continental divide. I also enjoy hiking and  camping in the beautiful Arizona wilderness or going to yoga 
classes or punk shows.

Bella Horton

Massage therapy has always been an important part of my life, helping me manage pain and stress physically, emotionally, and spiritually. After earning my bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology from Northern Arizona University, I continued my education in massage therapy. Massage school deepened my understanding of how therapeutic touch can relieve pain, reduce stress, and support overall well-being for every body. 

​A session with me is catered toward your needs. I provide a full body experience while focusing on areas of tension. Sessions include a blend of Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and myofascial techniques. I aim to provide a safe space for every client to relax and let go. 

Outside of work, I’m usually reading a good book or spending time with my cats. I love to travel all over the world with my friends and family. Feel free to tell me about any travels you have been on or plan to go on in the future!

I was inspired to pursue massage therapy after a variety of holistic practitioners helped me through a health crisis. There were many years of not feeling heard when it came to my health. The people who finally listened and offered solutions gifted me the beautiful life I have now. Once I was healthy, I had a deep desire to give to others the way I had once been helped, which brought me to massage therapy. 

 In each session, I endeavor to listen to the client’s concerns and address them effectively. Each person who books a session with me is arriving with a unique history and goal, and so each session is tailored to match that. Communication is key, and I make an effort to foster a safe and collaborative environment. 

Outside of massage I can often be found enjoying Flagstaff’s natural beauty, painting, or practicing guitar.
