Here's how we are keeping you safe during the Pandemic
We are taking every precaution to assure the safety and health of our clients and massage therapists. You will be asked to wait outside until your appointment time, to wash or sanitize your hands upon entering the office and to cancel an appointment if you have any symptoms of illness or known exposure to the virus and are asking you to wait 2 weeks after travel before making an appointment. We are thoroughly sanitizing all touch points after every client, wearing medical grade protective masks, washing our hands many times between clients, staying home if we are sick or have been exposed, and our sheets as always are washed with very hot water. Our office is also equipped with a medical grade air filtration system that purifies all the air in the room every 15 minutes and a UVC/ Ozone Sanitizing lamp that sanitizes every surface including the porous surfaces and the air.

Meet our Massage Therapists
Kristina Wulbern, Owner, Licensed Massage Therapist, Registered Yoga Teacher It has been my absolute pleasure to provide the community of Flagstaff with massage therapy for the last 20 years. In 1992, I completed my training at the University of California, Santa Cruz, possibly the only public university in the country at the time with a Massage Therapy training program.
My studies included, Swedish Massage, Acupressure, Herbalism, and intensive Anatomy and Physiology. I continued my training after completing my certification with Deep Tissue, Prenatal, La Stone, Cranial Sacral, the Arvigo Techniques of Mayan Abdominal Massage, Myofascial Release, and Thai massage. And somewhere in there I also managed to squeeze in Yoga Instructor Training.
In my 28 years in this profession, I have had the good fortune of practicing massage in many settings and each has provided ample learning opportunities. I have also been a massage instructor and taught my techniques to hundreds of students. I have learned through out my years of practice that each person on my table is unique with unique needs and I strive to meet those to the best of my ability and to help each person achieve a greater sense of themselves as whole, healthy human beings. I look forward to working with you in this way. "I've been a regular client of Kristina Wulbern for about 2 years, and have only wonderful things to say about her skill as a massage therapist, her professional manner, and the massage space. She is intuitive, an active listener, and very responsive. Her technique is just the right balance between effectiveness and gentleness--I never feel pain during a massage, but always feel healing. I'm 59 and have had hip replacement surgery and have fairly extensive arthritis and joint pain, and she has helped me greatly. Her space is beautiful and quiet, and there is always parking. On-line scheduling is such a convenience! Love her!" - Marcelle C.
LaTosha Tervo, Licensed Massage Therapist Working in the community and helping others has been a long time passion of mine, I have always found joy in creating a positive influence for other people. I am thankful that at this point in my life, I have been given the opportunity to channel that passion into a career in massage therapy, here in our beautiful town of Flagstaff. My graduation from the Arizona School of Integrative Studies provided me with instruction and guidance from many experienced and talented therapists. I was able to gain a much deeper understanding into human anatomy, spiritual diversity and how to facilitate healing in another person. My purpose is to share the knowledge and experience I have gained with as many people as possible. I specialize in applying techniques that focus on stress and tension relief, such as Swedish Relaxation, Hot Stone Therapy, Myofascial Cupping, Thermotherapy and Deep Tissue work. My goal is to provide a personalized, healing experience for my client. No two people are the same, therefore each of my massage sessions are uniquely fitted to each of my client’s needs. "I recently had a massage from Tosha as there was a half price deal available. It was an awesome massage as she was attentive and listened to my needs. The pressure was firm and my body's response went from pain to relaxation. I would highly recommend Tosha to anyone who works their body hard and needs some assistance in getting everything on par again." - Michael O.
Northern Arizona Massage Therapy would like to welcome Craig Meriwether and Arizona Integrative Hypnotherapy to our offices. By using guided therapeutic relaxation, Hypnotherapy utilizes this natural trance state to create change in a person’s life. Hypnotherapy activates your natural healing process. It mobilizes the subconscious mind (the body’s autonomic nervous system) to do the healing. Hypnotherapy doesn’t do the healing, it is a technique that actives your own natural healing potential. Through using deep therapeutic relaxation, Hypnotherapy moves the body out of the fight or flight stress response and into the healing relaxation response. The hypnotherapist then adds positive healing suggestions and instructions for the subconscious mind to respond to.
