We are often asked what we would call our style of massage. It is best described as Integrated Swedish and Deep Tissue. We use the long flowing strokes of Swedish massage to relax and prepare the body and move into deep tissue massage strokes to relieve aches, pains and deeply embedded stress. This provides a feeling of relaxation while all the kinks are being worked out. We work within each clients comfort level, although with this technique most clients find they can tolerate deeper pressure and rarely experience the soreness that usually accompanies a deep tissue session. Includes heat pack, warm towels for the feet and your choice of masterfully blended Aromatherapy. ​We consistently get the comment that this is the best massage in Flagstaff and even the world.

We love working with pregnant women and provide a safe nurturing atmosphere for the mother-to-be to relax and achieve greater health for herself and her baby. Some studies are showing that women who receive regular massage during pregnancy have shorter easier labor, and healthier babies. Massage during pregnancy can reduce many discomforts related to pregnancy such as sciatic pain, round ligament pain, low back strain, edema and swelling in the extremities, and leg cramps. And prenatal massage can improve mood and ease anxiety. Our therapists are specifically trained in prenatal and can work with women at all stages of pregnancy and even with some prenatal complications. Several OB/GYNs in Flagstaff refer their patients to us.

Hot Stone

​Love the hot stones but don't want an entire session of them? Now you can add them on and we will use them to warm the muscles before moving into deeper strokes. These are a great addition anytime but especially nice in the winter. Not available with Prenatal.

CuppinG

Cupping is an ancient healing technique used by many cultures to promote blood flow and healing. We use soft silicone cups which can be used while moving and stretching the body and can be moved over the skin, as well as the harder pump suction cups which remain in one place. Our therapists have specialized training in using cups. Please note that markings (which look a little like bruises but are not) are common after cupping sessions and are a normal reaction to it. ​Not available with prenatal.

Sole Soother

Give your feet some extra love. We start with an epsom salt foot soak to soothe tired feet. This is followed by a minty foot scrub to stimulate circulation to the feet and lower legs. Finally your massage will include extra time on the feet. You will feel like you are walking on air following this treatment.
