EACH OF OUR THERAPIST HAS MET THE REQUIRED HOURS FOR EDUCATION AND IS A LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST WITH THE ARIZONA STATE BOARD OF MASSAGE THERAPY. ADDITIONALLY EACH ONE HAS UNDERGONE EXTENSIVE EXTRA TRAINING WITH OWNER, KRISTINA WULBERN AS WELL AS CONTINUING EDUCATION.  
​ALL OF OUR THERAPISTS ALSO MAINTAIN MEMBERSHIP WITH ASSOCIATED MASSAGE AND BODYWORK PROFESSIONALS, THE PREMIER PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION FOR MASSAGE THERAPISTS. OUR THERAPISTS DO THEIR BEST TO LISTEN AND FOLLOW THROUGH AND AREN'T AFRAID TO DIG IN WHEN NEEDED.  OF COURSE EACH OF OUR THERAPISTS HAS A UNIQUE APPROACH BUT WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE NO MATTER WHICH THERAPIST YOU CHOOSE.

It has been my absolute pleasure to provide the community of Flagstaff with massage therapy for the last 23 years. ​I have learned through out my years of practice that each person on my table is unique with unique needs and I strive to meet those to the best of my ability and to help each person achieve a greater sense of themselves as whole, healthy human beings.

And now I am so pleased to be able to provide expanded services and offerings with a team of talented therapists in our new Wellness Clinic. A Wellness Clinic such as this has been my dream for years and it is such a joy to see it become a reality. I am passionate about offering many options for our community to achieve optimal health and well being and the new services we offer I feel aligns with that passion completely.
 
 I am now moving toward retiring from massage to focus on running the business. Therefore I am not seeing new clients. I encourage you to try a session with one of our other amazing therapists. Read on below to learn about all of them.

I was born and raised right here in Flagstaff and, since the age of 9, have received bodywork on a semi regular basis.  Since massage therapy was part of my upbringing, the experience of being on the table for so many years has given me a deep insight into the experience itself.

​I have found for myself and my clients that regular massage is a key on the path to wellness.  Your personal health journey is important to me, and I want to help you as best I can. Whether we have one session or multiple, I will make sure to care for you during your time with me. I s focus on the individual human in the room at the time of session and tune into what their body needs. 

I truly believe that Every -body is different and my job is to help guide each body towards healing. The modalities with which I achieve this are deep tissue, Swedish massage, prenatal massage, cupping and hot stone, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage, in which I am nationally certified. I look forward to working with each of you who comes to our business!

I was born and raised in Tucson, AZ where at a young age, I was introduced to the incredible healing power of touch, by receiving massages and physical therapy.  I would do massages for my friends before athletic events and they   performed better and would tell me how great their body felt afterwards. So as soon as I graduated from high school I signed up for massage school.

My approach to massage therapy is recognizing that physical and mental health are closely intertwined. I believe that the body has an incredible capacity to heal itself, and my role as a therapist is to facilitate that process. Each session I offer is tailored to your unique needs, whether you seek relaxation, relief from chronic pain, or simply a moment of tranquility.

I graduated from Arizona School of integrated studies in April 2022 and currently have experience in Swedish, Trigger Point, Craniosacral Therapy, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. I am currently majoring in Exercise Physiology at NAU so I am constantly learning about the body and what I can do to improve it. In my free time I like to stay active with mountain biking or hiking and indulge in self care.

I love being an advocate for the physical and emotional benefits of therapeutic massage and overall body-connection. My intention is to facilitate an experience that increases the awareness, balance and harmony within your body, while addressing physical discomfort and promoting a sense of overall peace, well-being, and acceptance. 

My approach is firm yet gentle with the intention of releasing the patterns your body develops in work and life. I hold a safe space for each client so they can let go and receive the full benefits of each session. I love working with injuries and can quickly zero in on the issue. For craniosacral sessions, I invite your body’s systems to find corrective and effective rebalancing through gentle touch, supportive holds, and intuitive guidance.

Outside of the Wellness Clinic, I love to explore mountains, canyons and rivers like it’s my job, and I’m always up for a new adventure or a blissful spa day. I’m also a personal trainer, yoga facilitator and potato enthusiast! I’m looking forward to working together and supporting your healthy, vibrant life to flourish.

Audrey Schneider
Licensed Massage Therapist

I was born in Kentucky, but my real home is here in Arizona. I grew up as an active kid who loved to play sports, especially volleyball. However, after developing patella tendonitis, I realized my true love for massage. I found massage as a great way to treat my pain. After a few sessions, it was gone and I haven’t had that pain since! 

This experience of mine led me to join this wonderful field of bodywork and healing. It is my passion to help others grow and heal past their pain like I did many years ago.

I love deep tissue and trigger point work. I also enjoy performing facial yoga and facial rejuvenation work. I hope to see you soon!

Yessica Hurtado

I was born in Maricopa County and was partly raised in Mexico, where my parents were born. I moved to Flagstaff for schooling in 2011 and have since decided to make it my forever home. I graduated from the Arizona School of Integrative Study in early 2022, where I fully dedicated myself to the incredible art of Massage Therapy and discovered its amazing benefits to the mind, body, and spirit. 

My passion for taking care of the aches and pains of the people around me - the ones inside and out - has been with me since I was young. I loved giving my family members massage but didn't realize it could be a serious career path until I was already committed to another career. But it kept calling and with COVID I decided to make the leap of faith and haven't looked back.

I like to help my clients strengthen the link between mind and body by encouraging them to listen to and “communicate” with their body using breath-work, stretching, body awareness, with a touch of warmth and love.
